他大学・外国からセンシング技術活用研究室（天野研）への入学を希望される方向けの説明をまとめます。
連絡は「連絡用フォーム」をご利用ください。原則として2日以内に返信します。もし返信がなければ再送信していただくか、大学事務局（学務課 大学院係）を通じて連絡をとってください（大学院入試情報・お問い合わせ先）。
天野研では修士課程入学希望者と修士課程入学を前提とした研究生希望者を受け入れています。
受け入れ可能な研究テーマの範囲は以下の通りです。
- インフラIoT（社会インフラの点検・監視）
- 農業IoT（圃場の可視化・獣害対策）
- その他の分野へのIoT応用
ここでIoTはセンサー＋通信＋AI/機械学習などによるデータ分析によって実現するものと考えています。
取り組みたい具体的な研究テーマがある場合にはその内容をお知らせください。テーマが研究室の状況に合致しない場合には受け入れは困難なことがあります。
上記の範囲で研究したいが特定の具体的なテーマはない場合も大歓迎です。まだ取り組めていない研究テーマが多々あるので、相談して決めましょう。
連絡用フォームでの連絡時には上で書いた研究テーマ・範囲と履歴書を送ってください。履歴書は特定の書式はないので、一般的なものを利用してください。フォームからはファイル添付できないので、例えばGdriveに置いて共有リンクを送ってください。
修士課程進学を希望される方とは2回の面談を行います。1回目の面談では研究進行について相互理解を行い、2回目の面談で研究に必要な文献調査能力を確認します。
研究生を希望される方とは1回の面談を行います。文献調査能力については研究生入学後に修得することとします。
2026年1月現在、天野研の所属学生数は非常に多く、収容定員の限界に近くなっています。このため、受け入れは希望するテーマや入学の熱意など、より精査させていただいています。

Amano Lab accepts applicants for admission to the master’s program, as well as research students who plan to proceed to the master’s program.
The research themes that can currently be accepted fall within the following areas:
- Infrastructure IoT (inspection and monitoring of social infrastructure)
- Agriculture IoT
- Application of IoT to other fields
Here, IoT is understood as systems realized through sensors, communication technologies, and data analysis using AI / machine learning.
If you already have a specific research theme you would like to pursue, please inform us of the details. Depending on the current situation of the laboratory, we may not be able to accept applicants whose proposed theme does not align with our research environment.
Applicants who wish to conduct research within the above areas but do not yet have a specific theme are also very welcome. There are many potential research topics that we have not yet explored, so we can discuss and decide on a suitable theme together.
When contacting us via the Contact Form, please provide your intended research theme or area as described above, along with your curriculum vitae (CV). There is no specified format for the CV; a standard format is sufficient. Since file attachments are not supported in the form, please upload your CV to a service such as Google Drive and share the link.
Applicants who wish to proceed to the master’s program will have two interviews. The first interview is intended to establish mutual understanding regarding the research process, and the second interview is used to assess the applicant’s ability to conduct literature surveys necessary for research.
Applicants for research student status will have one interview. The ability to conduct literature surveys is expected to be acquired after enrollment as a research student.
As of January 2026, the number of students in Amano Lab is very large and close to the laboratory’s capacity. For this reason, applications are reviewed more carefully, with particular attention paid to the proposed research theme and the applicant’s motivation for enrollment.
